1. Grade Valid Period

The grade valid period starts from the date of successful registration. 1 CNY spent = 1 growth point.


2. Upgrade Rules

FEI ZAP MAI LAAN’s membership grades are determined by growth value. You can earn growth value by ordering via the FEI ZAP MAI LAAN Mini Program and scanning your membership QR code for in-store purchases.

If your accumulated growth value reach the threshold for a higher grade within the valid period, you will automatically upgrade to that new grade.


3. Downgrade Rules

One year after your registration date, your grade will be re-evaluated every calendar year. If your actual accumulated growth value do not meet the threshold for your current grade during this re-evaluation period, your grade will be downgraded.


Example: If you reach the V4 grade one year after registration/launch of the membership program, but fail to meet the growth point threshold for V4 in the following year, you will be downgraded to V3.
